1. Protection of Personal Information
“Personal information” is any information relating to an identifiable individual such as their name, phone number, and video (including any data that can be used to distinguish an individual’s identity when combined with other information).
In accordance with applicable laws and government policies, the Company informs you of how your personal information is collected, what purpose it is processed for, and measures taken for personal information protection.

The Company collects basic personal information for registration and services tailored to your tastes and interests.
Your collected personal information is processed for the following purposes.

5. Outsourcing of Personal Information Handling

6. Retention and Processing Period of Personal Information
(1) Once the purpose of collection is fulfilled, your personal information is immediately disposed of by the Company.
However, the data is retained for the periods specified below for the following reasons.
(2) Your personal information is stored for a certain period of time when longer retention is required by any applicable law such as the Act on the Consumer Protection in the Electronic Commerce Transactions and the Commercial Law.
In this case, the Company processes the data for storage purposes only. The retention periods are as follows.
- Records of contracts and subscription withdrawal: 5 years
- Records of payment and provision of goods: 5 years
- Records of customer complaint and dispute resolution: 3 years
- Records of individual identification: 6 months (the Act on Promotion of Information and communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.)
- Records of visit history: 3 months (the Protection of Communications Secrets Act)
- Collection for temporary purposes such as events and questionnaires: until relevant events or questionnaires end
(3) When you don’t use communication network services for more than 1 year, the Company disposes of your personal information and takes other necessary steps.
However, when retention for a certain period of time is required by applicable laws or users, the Company disposes of the relevant data after the required period of time.

7. Disposal of Personal Information
Once the purpose of collection is fulfilled, your personal information is immediately disposed of by the Company. The disposal processes and methods are as follows.

1. The information you provide for registration is transferred to a separate database and disposed of after a certain period of time. Physical records such as information on paper are stored in a separate file according to applicable laws and internal policies. (See Retention and Processing Period of Personal Information.)
2. Your personal information is not processed for any purpose other than specified reasons for collection and use unless otherwise required by law.
(2) Methods
① Personal information stored on paper is shredded or incinerated.
② Electronically stored personal information is securely disposed of and is not retrievable.

8. Your Rights
(1) As a user or legal representative, you can always view and revise the personal information of yourself or the underage user you represent; you can also make a request for account withdrawal.
(2) To review and revise your personal information or close your account, go to My Account > Edit Profile on the website. You can review and revise your personal information or close your account after your identity is verified.
(3) Make an inquiry, send an email, or give a call to our personal information manager. We will take action to address your concerns.
(4) When you make a request to correct erroneous information in your profile, the relevant personal information will not be used or provided until corrections are applied. In case incorrect information is provided to third parties, the Company will immediately notify them of the correct information and instruct them to apply it to their services.
(5) When you or your legal representatives request to delete personal data, the Company makes the relevant information inaccessible for use or inquiry and handles it according to 6. Retention and Processing Period of Personal Information.
(6) The Company enables only users above 14 to register at its website. To protect the privacy of children under 14, the Company does not collect personal information of the underage users who need the consent of their legal representatives.

12. Your Obligations
